Patissery began with two friends on a mission: to find the best croissant in Texas. After countless early-morning bakery visits, cross-state pastry pilgrimages, and more taste tests than we’d ever admit, we still felt something was missing. Today, Patissery is a Dallas-based bakehouse built on the belief that Texas deserves worldclass pastries.
